Based on each student’s field of studies, we select together with teachers the Company Department/Area that most reflects student’s area of interest.
A person from Bonatti will become the official tutor of the student and will support him/her during all the Alternanza Scuola Lavoro period.
This is a way to help students to define their professional or educational objectives by living a real experience in a professional context.

ALTERNANZA SCUOLA/LAVORO
Every year we offer to high schools students from Parma, Fano and Assago areas the chance to spend their “alternanza scuola/lavoro”, a curricular period during high schools years, at our headquarters.
"At the beginning everything was new and unknown to me.
Thanks to my tutor Fabio Todaro and other colleagues I better understood procedures and relations among each technical discipline. Topics as stress analysis and process engineering (never studied at school before) have been very interesting.
