Bonatti invests in technical and professional training by enforcing the "KNOW-HOW" (practical/hard skills) and by strengthening soft skills. We realise this double development of both hard and soft skills thanks to an e-learning platform support and by scheduling training activities based on specific needs of each colleague.

The annual performance evaluation system which consists in some evaluation steps and in giving feedback to everyone,
has the purpose of monitoring the individual professional progress.

We establish some check points (based on performance evaluation results) and we plan the growing and professional evolution of each person.
