In accordance with the law, the statutory auditing of the Bonatti’s financial statements is entrusted to an external Audit Firm appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting,
on a reasoned proposal of the Board of Statutory Auditors.
Acting upon the reasoned proposal of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Shareholders' Meeting approved the engagement of PWC for the 2023-2026 period.
