Working at Bonatti means becoming part of dynamic team committed to achieving challenging objectives in international and multicultural contexts.
Bonatti is now certified according to the SA8000 voluntary standard. This is an important achievement, that confirms Bonatti among the main Italian companies in the construction sector and in the energy supply chain for its attitude to human rights and social accountability policies.
The SA8000 voluntary standard requires organizations to develop, maintain, and implement social accountability criteria to be applied to all company’s operations and activities. The criteria of SA8000 management system were developed by a panel of different industries to create a common standard for social accountability compliance.
SA8000 is based upon the principles of international human rights standards as described in International Labour Organization conventions, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Such certification is the frame for monitoring and improving our social accountability management system, in terms of its inherent performances, which Bonatti is committed to. Such accountability must be concretely measured and must drive the organisation’s behavior.
